Kyle Johnson, owner, is remarkably caring with a strong desire to please.
First, Kyle came out to my house to detail the work to be done, take measurements, and he walked the room with me to make excellent suggestions and recommendations. Kyle has many years of experience and expertise. He is especially experienced and well connected with the Sherwin Williams brand of paints. He purchased all the paints we needed on our behalf and I'm sure he saved us some money.
Kyle and two outstanding members of his team showed up on time, and they got right to work, and gave me a solid full day. They were very meticulous about removing baseboards, taking down doors, rails, and making repairs on the walls to be painted. Whenever I went downstairs they always took time to explain what was being done. On the very next business day, they came back to my home and finished the work. They carefully moved all of their tools and equipment in and out of the house and left no mess.
The work itself was outstanding. My basement looks amazing! There were a few very minor issues, as can be expected, but Kyle was readily available to quickly return to my house with his team, at my convenience, to tidy up, and to make the job perfect.
I also had the opportunity to get to know Kyle on a personal level, and I am happy to have him as a new friend. I admire his work, experience, and his story, and how he started his own business, and how much pride he has in his company, and his work. Kyle has made his American Dream come true!
